July 20, 2010 Board Room 10:00 AM The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Dean Stock, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted. It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to amend the agenda to consider appropriations to Secondary Roads for FY 2010/11. Ayes all, motion carried. It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried. It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried. It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried. It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to appropriate $3,694,700.00 to Secondary Roads for fiscal year 2010/11 as approved at the budget hearing in March, 2010. Ayes all, motion carried. It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve a building permit application submitted by Farmer’s Cooperative as required for new construction within any two-mile Urban Transition District in the County. Ayes all, motion carried. The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects. Lisa Bethune, Sac County CPC reviewed three contracts for services for Sac County. It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve renewal of contracts for services with Mallard View in Carroll, Spencer Hospital and Counseling Services of Sac City for 2010/11.
