The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Dean Stock, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

During the citizen’s input time on the agenda, Curtis Bloes questioned the Board about the time line for finishing the veteran’s memorial and issues with the contractor. The Board referred Mr. Bloes to the Veteran’s memorial committee for answers.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve a proposed tile investigation in DD 62, located in Section 20, Delaware Twp for $800.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve a proposed tile repair in DD 62, located in Section 20, Delaware Twp for $4500.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to maintain the current mileage rate reimbursement at 40 cents per mile. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board reviewed the Engineer’s report on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects, which had been faxed in.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
